Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Once your order is confirmed, you may receive a confirmation message or call from our team.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city or location.

For remote areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Delivery Nationwide — there are no hidden shipping charges on any order.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you may receive a tracking number (if available) via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your order’s delivery status.

6. Wrong Address or Contact Information
